What Happens Next

  1. Return this document with as many blanks filled in as possible.
  2. Sign and return the Service Order. The invoice for the amount due at signature follows.
  3. Kickoff call: confirm the candidate profile, approved claims and launch date.
  4. Build: audiences, inboxes and warming, pixels, landing page and dashboard. Nothing goes out during build.
  5. Launch, targeted days 10 to 14 after signature, then a weekly operating review.
  6. Media runs for the first 30 days, November 5 to December 4, and the program closes with a joint program review the week of January 5.
